We aim to offer a first appointment for any urgent cases within 48 hours. Sometimes a same day appointment can be given, although this cannot, of course, be guaranteed.

Less urgent cases will usually be seen at a first appointment within 7 days.



Your initial assessment and treatment session will always be at least 45 minutes.

Follow up treatments will vary between 30 and 45 minutes.



Yes. We are more than happy for you to be accompanied by an adult friend, partner or spouse during treatments, if that is your preference.

(Children and vulnerable adults must be accompanied by a suitable adult)



Yes - if you are a private patient paying yourself for the cost of your treatment.

No* – if you are relying on a private health insurance policy to pay for your treatment

No* – if you are an NHS patient

(* In these last two cases, you need to be referred by your GP.)

NB - Insurance patients need prior approval from their insurance company.
