Payment

At The Vale Clinic we accept most major credit cards, cheques backed by a cheque guarantee card, Switch cards and cash.

Payments are made at the end of each appointment unless you are making a pre-approved claim under your private medical insurance policy or you are an NHS patient.

 For NHS patients, treatment is free, of course – although there is still a charge for missed appointments for all patients (including NHS patients) unless reasonable prior notice of cancellation of an appointment has been given.
